"I have been working with Carla for several months and it has made a huge difference to my business and the balance that I now have between administration and the work I enjoy. As is common with solo business owners, it is very easy to allow the tasks that seem overwhelming or boring to drift, meaning that they eternally nag at you, causing unhelpful stress. Having Carla on board meant that I could off-load all of those annoying, niggly or overwhelming tasks to her. And she takes everything on with a cheerful attitude, not apparently finding anything boring!
